Forstmann-Little creates Grimes Aerospace and FL Aerospace and moves Janitrol Aero to FL Aerospace.

FL Aerospace moves Janitrol Aero business to Ocala, Fla.
1992
Kelly Aerospace acquires Janitrol Aero and moves business to Ft. Deposit, Ala.
2010
Hartzell Engine Technologies acquires Janitrol Aero from Kelly Aerospace.
2013
Hartzell Engine Technologies moves business to headquarters in Montgomery, Ala.
